Good intro rate, worth it

Reliable service again
This is my third time using Vivant, this time for a new Dedicated Fiber Internet connection. They're consistently good. The ordering process was smooth, just like last time we got VoIP Phone Systems installed. Installation took about a week after the initial quote but was done professionally. Their support has always been quick to respond if we have questions. Happy to be a returning customer.
Decent service, some issues
We switched our office to Vivant for their Cloud PBX and Managed Wi-Fi. The initial setup for the Cloud PBX was a bit slow, took 5 days to get everything configured correctly after installation, which was annoying. The Managed Wi-Fi works well, though; the signal is strong throughout the office. IP Phones arrived quickly. I had to call support once for a minor issue with voicemail setup, and they were helpful, but it took about 15 minutes to reach someone. Quality seems okay for the price, not amazing, but functional enough for daily operations. Overall, it's a solid improvement over our old provider.
